Perseverance in Praying

Psalms 4:1, Answer me when I call to you, my righteous God. Give me relief from my distress; have mercy on me and hear my prayer.

James 5:16, Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

Luke 11:1, One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.”

Act 12:5, So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him.

2Chronicles 7:14, If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
